Owner/Principal Designer
Christopher Breiter, founder of Luxe Window Fashions & Interiors, has built his career around design, leadership, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Born and raised in Surf City, USA — Huntington Beach, California, Christopher developed an early appreciation for style, merchandising, and the art of creating beautiful spaces.
After attending Orange Coast College and Brooks College, he launched his career with Calvin Klein as a Merchandise Manager, traveling throughout the United States overseeing retail merchandising operations. His success quickly led to an opportunity with Disneyland, where he was recruited to manage large-scale retail operations and lead a team of more than 500 employees.
In 2001, Christopher relocated to Las Vegas, where he transitioned into the window covering industry with 3 Day Blinds, overseeing seven retail locations and gaining extensive experience in custom window treatments and design solutions.
In 2007, he founded House of Window Coverings, which rapidly grew into one of the nation’s leading dealers for Hunter Douglas Window Fashions and Norman Window Fashions. Under his leadership, the company earned numerous vendor awards and incentive trips, multiple HOUZZ Awards, and recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.
After more than a decade of success, Christopher made the decision to sell the company and take time to focus on family. A few years later, his passion for design and entrepreneurship led to the creation of Luxe Window Fashions & Interiors, where he continues to work with homeowners, designers, builders, and hospitality clients to create beautifully tailored window treatments that combine craftsmanship, elegance, and functionality.
Outside of work, Christopher enjoys spending time with his son attending Vegas Golden Knights games, as well as fishing and snow skiing. He also enjoys visiting family in California and relaxing at his vacation home.
Lead Designer
Alina brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and creative vision to her role as a design consultant. After more than a decade working in finance and analytics, she made a career shift that allowed her natural talent for design and color to shine.
Since joining the window coverings industry, Alina has become known for her strong design intuition, warm personality, and ability to help clients select window treatments that seamlessly complement their homes. She takes pride in building long-lasting relationships and believes that referrals are the highest form of praise.
Clients value Alina’s collaborative approach, honest guidance, and eye for detail—qualities that help turn functional window treatments into cohesive design elements.
Alina lives in Las Vegas with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, movies, and her rescue dog.
Senior Designer
Karen brings decades of hands-on experience in interior design, custom window treatments, and showroom consulting. With a background that spans custom drapery design, retail leadership, and operations management, she offers a rare blend of creativity and practical expertise.
Throughout her career, Karen has been recognized repeatedly as a top-performing design consultant, earning multiple sales achievement awards for her exceptional client care and design results. Her journey includes owning her own custom curtain business, managing large retail operations, and helping open and oversee multiple furniture showrooms.
Karen’s passion for interior design is rooted in real-world experience—designing, sewing, installing, and managing projects from start to finish. Clients appreciate her thoughtful guidance, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into beautifully finished spaces.
Karen has lived in Las Vegas since 1999 and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Exterior & Interior Window Design Consultant
Franky brings extensive hands-on knowledge of window treatments, installation, and operations to his role as Warehouse Manager. Beginning his career as a lead installer, he has worked across multiple facets of the business, giving him a deep understanding of both product performance and customer experience.
With a background in hospitality, marketing, and customer service, Franky is known for his approachable demeanor, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality. His experience ensures that products are handled with care, installations are supported efficiently, and projects move smoothly from design to completion.
A Las Vegas native, Franky holds a degree in hotel administration and enjoys biking, fishing, movies, and caring for animals in his free time.
